Ever since I was a little girl I love baking. It all started one Christmas season, my mother let me bake all the Christmas goodies for the month of December. I fell completely in love with baking. I knew from that moment on I wanted to become a Pastry Chef! As soon as I graduated from High school I attended the Le Cordon Bleu Culinary School in Pasadena, Ca. I specialized and got my diploma strictly in baking and patisseries. Now with over 10+ years of experience I still bake and decorate cakes of all kinds. And I still love it!
